SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC and its client centers comply with applicable Federal civil rights laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ancestry, marital or veteran status, or payment source. Centers provide free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters, written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats), and free language services (qualified interpreters) to people whose primary language is not English. Information regarding available language services is available from each client center.
If you believe that SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC or a client center has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ancestry, marital or veteran status, or payment source, you may file a grievance with the center in accordance with its grievance policy.
